CANCELLATION POLICY

At Girvar Hotels & Resorts, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To provide transparency and ensure a fair cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Individual Bookings:

Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges. The full booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Group Bookings:

For group bookings of 10 rooms or more, cancellations made 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges. The full booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Please note the following additional details regarding our cancellation policy:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Any applicable refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. However, please note that the refund process may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Any modifications to your reservation, including changes in the number of guests or room types, may be subject to availability and rate adjustments.
• Special promotions or discounted rates may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion or offer at the time of booking.
• We highly recommend that you review the cancellation policy and consider obtaining travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
