TERMS OF SERVICES

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the hotel (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the hotel”) and the guests (referred to as “you” or “the guest”). By making a reservation or staying at Girvar Hotels & Resorts ‘s Hotels, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service:

Reservation:

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• To guarantee your reservation, you may be required to prepayment before check-in.
• The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests must present a valid ID card or passport at check-in as per applicable Government Norms.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the front desk at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out time to check availability.

Payment and Charges:

• The rates displayed on our website or provided by our reservation team are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Additional charges such as taxes, service charges, and any extras consumed during your stay will be payable at check-out.
• We accept Cash, UPI, and debit /credit cards for payment. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation and No-show:

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan and season. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
• In case of a no-show, paid booking amount is non-refundable.

Guest Responsibility:

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or its belongings during their stay. Any such damage will be charged to the guest’s account.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables left unattended in the room or public areas..
• Guests are required to comply with the hotel’s policies and guidelines, including those related to health, safety, and security.

Conduct and Safety:

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, hotel staff, and the property.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the stay if a guest’s conduct is deemed offensive, disruptive, or in violation of the law.
• The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused to guests due to their negligence or failure to comply with safety instructions.

Amenities and Services:

• The availability of amenities and services may vary depending on the hotel’s facilities and room type.
• Additional charges may apply for certain amenities and services.
• The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the amenities and services without prior notice.

Privacy Policy:

• The hotel respects your privacy and protects your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• The hotel may collect and use your personal information for the purpose of providing you with the requested services and improving the guest experience.

Force Majeure:

The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive Jodhpur Jurisdiction of the courts in India.
